The hotel is in a really good location for visiting Bonn and the surrounding area. It's a relatively short walk to the metro and the main train station. It's also very convenient for shops and restaurants. Even though it is located on a street with cafes and bars we didn't hear any noise from outside. The studio was very clean and came with everything we needed for our stay. The laundry facilities were an added bonus. Although there's no front desk, there are lockers to store your luggage prior to check in which was very handy. The keyless entry was fine for the most part and it was nice not to have to carry a key around all the time. There was a technical issue with the locks one morning, but I called the Bob W team and they were able to open the door for me remotely. We'd happily stay here again.

What's not to like? Everything was nice. Most importantly, very clean; a good bed and bed linen, and a nice shower. But also: a nice wooden floor. High-quality fixtures and decorations, real coffee, nice cups and (wine) glasses. and lots of fun/extra details: yoga mats, charger cables, a Polaroid to leave your photo if you dig that, a bag, good and abundant soap, shampoo etc., entrance to a gym, and tips for breakfast (Lighthouse cafe!). The contactless entrance works fine; there is fast and pleasant WhatsApp contact. And I'm sure I am forgetting things.

Great location in the old town not far from the train station. The room was very clean and modern whit a comfy bed. The AC worked well and amenities (coffee maker, teabags, soap) were provided. Linens and towels were clean and good quality. Good restaurants and shopping right outside the door. The room was pretty small but very comfortable. My daughter and I stayed for two nights and it was perfect for our needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Bob W Beethoven. Everything was great — the room was clean, cozy, and included some lovely little surprises that made it feel extra welcoming. The in-room kitchen was very convenient and perfect for a longer stay. The digital key system for the doors is a great idea — simple and efficient. I also appreciated the free access to the laundry facilities, which is a big plus. Another thoughtful touch was the waste sorting system — a great and environmentally conscious idea. A couple of things to keep in mind: the building doesn't have an elevator, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, it's something to consider. Also, free room cleaning is provided every 5 days, which is understandable, but it would be helpful if rooms with kitchens were equipped with basic cleaning supplies for guests to use in between cleanings. Additionally, having a locker or a safe in the room would be a nice feature for added convenience and security. Overall, it is highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious – plenty of space even with a stroller – and the bathroom was absolutely wow: beautifully designed, modern, and stylish. The location of the hotel was also a big highlight – central yet quiet, with everything you need within walking distance.

Fantastic location - around 10 minutes from the main train station by walk, close to many shops, restaurants and market square - I really recommend buying fruit and vegetables there, even despite the price. You must also try the mexican restaurant, just below the apartment - they have the best tacos and enchiladas! About the room, it was pretty nice and contained almost everything needed. Although, a couple of things were missed I included writing about the cons. Nonetheless, we had a great time in Bonn and can recommend Bob W as accommodation.

the room is clean and comfort. a greeting card warming the customer and the property provide quite number of green initiative. the room decoration is cozy and nice. very friendly and helpful customer service via whatsapp despite the hotel concept is self-service model. the app or website to access the apartment hotel and room is very easy to use. they provide free locker storage at first floor till 11pm despite they didn't have reception in place. the locker storage is first come first serve with about cabin size luggage. the location of this apartment hotel is fantastic great, very near to access S-Bahn (STR) or Bonn Hbf. it located in the Bonn old town. the room equipped the air-conditional hence you can on the air con if you didn't want to tilt the windows.

Very good location, clean and stylish facilities, comfortable bed, well equipped. I particularly appreciated the kitchen (fridge, water cooker, tea/coffee making supplies, water bottles).

Great location for train station and city. Very clean apartment. Staff were very attentive when contacted. Lovely free laundry room with washing powder, airers, irons, etc. Comfortable beds. Very easy to get in to apartment using mobile phone. Nice touches in the apartment with euro plug and cable set, hairdryer, shopping bag, throw. Also had a Polaroid camera (unfortunately when we were there it had run out of film). More films were available in the laundry room but we were not informed of this until we were checked out. Nice bathroom with good shower.

Great apartment, stuff very responsive through whatsapp (though I haven't actually met anyone), great location at Bonn city center (and next to Beethoven's house, as the name implies). We also had access to free laundry machines which was useful. Check-in process is automatic and very easy. We could cook simple dishes (pasta) in the apartment which was nice.
